South Mumbai
- Below ₹999: Delivery charge ₹99
- ₹1,000 – ₹1,999: Delivery charge ₹69
- ₹2,000 and above: Free Delivery

Mumbai (Outside South Mumbai)
- Up to ₹4,999: Delivery charge up to ₹199
- ₹5,000 and above: Free Delivery

Other Cities (Outside Mumbai)
- Minimum order: ₹1,199
- Delivery charge: ₹399 onwards (actual price shown at checkout)

Note: We deliver to city areas only. Remote/rural delivery is not available.

Delivery Methods

South Mumbai & Mumbai: Delivered by our in-house team or partners like Porter and Borzo.

Other Cities: Shipped via railways, private travel services, and delivery agents.

Self-Pickup Policy
Free self-pickup available from partnered locations across India. Select at checkout.
- Pickup details shared once order is ready
- Orders ready within 2–4 working days
- In some cities, collection from nearest railway station or travel office may be required

Delivery Timelines

South Mumbai & Mumbai: 3–48 hours from order confirmation (subject to availability).

Other Cities: Varies by location. Tracking details and ETA will be shared.
