At Kriparam Fruitwala, we strive to deliver the freshest fruits to your doorstep with efficient and reliable shipping services. Please read our delivery and shipping guidelines below:

Delivery Zones & Charges:

South Mumbai:

  • Orders below ₹999: Delivery charge of ₹99

  • Orders of ₹2000 and above: Free Delivery

Mumbai (Outside South Mumbai):

  • Cart value up to ₹1999: Delivery charge of ₹199

  • Cart value ₹5000 and above: Free Delivery

Other Cities (Surat, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata & More):

  • Minimum order amount: ₹1999

  • Delivery charge: ₹499 onwards

Note: We currently deliver only to city areas. Delivery services to remote areas are not available.

Delivery Methods:

  • South Mumbai & Mumbai:

    • Orders are delivered by our in-house team or trusted third-party services like Porter and Borzo for quick and safe delivery.

  • Other Cities:

    • We ship using railways, private travel services, and delivery agents.

Self Pickup Policy

We offer free self-pickup from our partnered locations in multiple cities across India. Customers can choose this option at checkout.

  • Free for orders above ₹2000

  • Pickup details (address, contact, timing) will be shared once the order is ready

  • Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2–4 working days

Self pickup is a convenient and cost-effective option for customers who prefer to collect their order directly.

Important Information for Deliveries to Other Cities:

  1. City Area Delivery Only: Deliveries are restricted to city areas. We do not provide delivery to remote or rural locations.

  2. Self-Collection Requirement: In certain cities where home delivery is unavailable, customers may need to collect orders from the nearest railway station or travel office.

Delivery Timelines:

  • South Mumbai & Mumbai: Delivery within 3-48 hours from the order confirmation.

  • Other Cities: Delivery timelines vary based on location and transportation schedules. We will notify you with tracking details and estimated arrival times.
