Return & Refund Policy

At Kriparam Fruitwala™, we prioritize delivering the freshest fruits with the best service. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns & Refunds for Mumbai Zone:

  • If an order is dispatched by a third-party partner and is not received or denied at the time of delivery, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges (both sides courier charges apply).

  • Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it or before dispatch to receive a full refund.

  • Damaged or Rotten Items: If the items are damaged or rotten upon delivery, customers can request an exchange; however, this is not applicable for orders outside the Mumbai Region. 

2. Returns & Refunds for Other Cities:

  • No return or refund is applicable for orders delivered outside Mumbai city.

  • Damaged or Rotten Items:  No return or exchange applicable. In some cities, customers may need to collect their orders from the nearest railway station or travel office if home delivery is not available.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available only in Mumbai.
